I have used these bulbs in a number of reptile cages for a few years. they always last over 8 months. except one one occasion where i had a short in a cage power supply. alot of pppl have premature burn outs. this could be from a few factors, poor power supply to the cage, too hot of an area, or wrong fixture. u cant screw it into any fixture and hope it works. u need a good strong stable current, and u CANNOT USE A RHEOSTAT!
i personally ove the bulbs, they have always done great. ad the act as both a UVB source and heat source.
i use them in 2 bearded dragon cages, a frilled dragon cage, and a enclosure for my 2 Argentine B&W Tegu’s

I ordered several of these as I am sure I will have more HDMI products in the future. The price is a steal. I saw a similar cable at CompUSA for $70 and felt pity for the poor fool that paid that.
