this is a must have for pet owners. i have a 4 yr old german shepherd whose shedding has always been out of control. i bought this tool because a friend of mine told me of her experiences using the furminator while working in a vet clinic. i kinda dismissed the recommendation until we moved to a new place and ended up having all hard floors. i found myself dusting my furniture everyday and sweeping 3x’s a day(at least). my days seemed to revolve around picking up dog hair! finally after listening to my friend rave about this product i purchased 1. instantly there was a difference, i could not believe it. i could actually pet my dog w/out having a pile of dog hair on the floor when im finished. now im not saying this product will make your pet completely stop shedding but if you have a long haired animal i would definitely recommend trying this product and i do think you will be just as amazed as i am.

We’ve intensively steam-cleaned for several days and the SteamVac has worked wonderfully, with no problems. The clean surge option is great at working on tough spots and the machine itself is easy to clean and work with. While it’s still new to us, it was well worth the money and we’re very happy.
