First and foremost if you are thinking I don’t need that many gb. the second you see the app store you will realize that you do. Go for the 32. I have 8g of apps alone.
I got my 32G. iTouch for christmas and it has not left my hand since. I sleep with it next to my head. I am to the point where I can not live with out it- point blank- pure and simple!!!

However, there are some points to watch out for. There is not a “lock” option like there was for my old nano. The on/off button has a hair trigger. I find that it has gotten through my entire movie collection with out me. Thank God it’s not an iPhone, or the accidental dialing bill would be astounding! Needless to say this wastes the battery life. Even given that fact the battery lasts me a couple of days. So, that is a plus. But with the windows compatability- it sometimes “forgets” to sync some of the content like my audio books, or my class lectures. Also, the calculator that comes with this is a joke, I’d delete it if I could. If you need the calculator for more than 3rd grade math you have to buy an app. for $.99. As it stands in my case it’s a waste of space.

Even given those few short-comings, My advice to you is pure and simple- buy it, you’ll be glad you did.
