Disappointed with the vacuum performance. The belt has been broken twice in six month. I have a high pile carpet and it does not do a very good job to cleaning it deep. Also, bare floor cleaning just does not work. It just keeps on throwing stuff at the back of the vacuum (you can feel it if you vacuum with bare feet). Also, yesterday it started smelling of burned rubber with some smoke coming out of it. Called the customer service, and they won’t replace it. They advised me to take it to one of the warranty repair center – the nearest one is 20 miles away .
