I was born and raised in the south. My Mom was a maid and I wonder if she had to suffer the indecencies of these fictional women. The writer made thse women come alive. I’ve read this book three times and will probably read it again. I’ve also recommended it to my friends.

Does Pirastro 1 8 Chromcor really work?
I’ve used Transcend SDHC cards for about 2 years now, owning 6 of them, from 4gb to 16 gb. They work well. Used them in Nikon SLR- no problem with continuous shots. Also performed without any hitch for HD camcorders. No defects. no complaints. Great value.

Why must Surrender Heart s
I read this book when I was in high school and the story has stayed with me all these years. I’ve never been able to remember the name of the novel but I remembered the characters so after lots of searching on google I finally found this listing. I am not real big on “dirty romance novels” as my husband likes to call them but this book is nothing like that. It is so beautiful and heartbreaking at times and it just keeps you so involved until the very end. I loved all the historical facts in the book as well. This is what actually introduced me to what really happened during that time since my history class just barely touched on the subject. Great read!
