I bought this a month ago and the first time I used it to clean 4 rooms, it worked very well. I got a little overzealous and oversoaked the carpet in my basement, and it was still wet a day later which is very bad. This was my fault, I put a LOT of water down. I had to run the dehumidifier and 3 fans like crazy to get it dry. The second time I used it, I was using it moderately and it wasn’t sucking up much water AT ALL. The carpet was wet. I called customer service and amazon shipped me a brand new one, which came in 2 days!!!! They also sent me a shipping label to ship the broken one back in the new one’s box. (since I threw the old box out)
The new one works great and I’m so impressed with Amazon’s customer service. I buy most of my planned purchases through amazon, and I’ll continue to do that after this experience. I have found good customer service to be ever-more-rare, so I’m very pleased!

Well made by the OEM. Great prints from the Brother MFC laser printer it is installed into. Only downside I can see is the overall yield. Does this product produce “high yield”? Can’t argue that its yellow, or toner, or fits perfectly in the Brother. The question is – does it deliver the stated number of copies, at 5% coverage? The original low-yield ran out awfully quickly. Don’t have specific numbers, though.

I have found the kindle to be self explanatory on how to register, read, access product easily and read. I have not tried all the stuff it can do yet but I am very satisfied with my electronic books. I woke up the other morning in my bed that is normally covered with at least 6 paperbacks and a couple of hardcover books and on top of this pile was my new kindle which led me to think of how different it is. How much it will change my life and my reading life. Awesome!!!!hc

I love the game system, and have had no problems at all with it. I have one gripe with Nintendo though, and this is a warning to anyone new to the system (like me): the instructions are useless. I figured out more just by trial and error than by using the booklet that came with the system. Not a big deal, just a warning. Also, don’t for a minute believe amazon on the delivery time-they are full of it. I ordered it with basic shipping, I wasn’t in a hurry, HOWEVER, waiting 5 business days just to fulfill my order is ridiculous. I can guarantee that if I paid for the express shipping, I wouldn’t have received it by the time they guaranteed. How do I know this? Because once packed, it only took 3 days to ship, which has never happened before. A big deal? maybe not, but I wnated to warn anyone who was buying this as a gift.

This is such a great concert it’s hard to put in a few words. It’s very well done, the songs are very awesome, Rihanna deserves all the attention she is getting… wish I could say the same about her latest album “Rated R” which only has a few good songs on it. This DVD/Blue Ray is absolutely awesome, if you’re a fan, you gotta have it, the whole concert from start to finish is SUPERB, watched it so many times…
Good Girl Gone Bad

What else can I say about this wonderful album? I am a fan of Sylvester Stallone, but this review does not have anything to do with him. I love this one after Judge Dred because it is very funny and full of action and dynamic sound. Muscle bound charactor and pretty Sandra Bullock. I love it.
Demolition Man

After much deliberation, I bought this camera after trying to decide between the HX1 and the Canon SX1 and some others. The features that brought me over were the sweep panorama, 10 shots per second burst mode, and the other reviewers who seemed to say that the image quality between the HX1 and the SX1 were not that much different. Also, I got the HX1 for about $50 less probably (or more).
Now to just say where I am coming from, I’ve owned Sony DSC-H1 for the past 4 years, and that camera has been excellent and printed out great 4×6’s and 8×10’s. So I was just looking for a camera that would have HD video and also take at least as good pictures as the H1. The HX1 does the trick, let me tell you. (That “X” makes all the difference!) The color is really nice, the pictures come out very well even at high zooms.
Speaking of zoom, the 20x is amazing! It just keeps bringing objects closer and closer. Comparing them to my old H1 pictures, they are definitely better. Whether they are as good as the SX1 or other similar cameras, I cannot say. As to people who have been comparing this camera to a DSLR, this camera is not a DSLR! It will not take that kind of DSLR quality photo! Go buy a DSLR if you want that.
What this camera does do like a DSLR is have absolutely no shutter delay, (once it is focused) which is great for shooting sports games and such. The burst mode works excellent and really does take 10 a second, though it does take a bit to load them onto the memory card, about 15 seconds probably which doesn’t seem that long when you are actually shooting photos.
The panorama mode works as advertised, and can take some extremely wide shots with the “wide” panorama mode. The quality seems to be pretty good, though sometimes you can see the stitching. At the very least, it is a lot of fun to use.
The low light mode works well, though the pictures do tend to become a bit noisy, so I will not be making any poster size prints of those.

Okay, we all know the good things the iPod Touch has to offer, and those reasons are why I am BARELY holding on to the thing. I am still considering taking it back. Here’s why:

1) Speaker quality is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. The speaker is simply not functional, unless you are in perhaps a recording studio. When you turn it up all the way (because you can’t hear it) it becomes fuzzy, sounding like a blown speaker. What is this thing, the size of a flea? And if there is ANY background noise, you cannot hear it at all with the volume up (in case you’re wondering, no, the speaker did not fail. I exchanged the iPod, and the second one sounded the same: really bad). I can’t share videos, share music, share anything, unless my friends and I are in a wine cellar.

I’ve heard excuses for the speaker’s embarrassing quality, including “it’s a small device”. My cheap Samsung cell phone’s speaker is 4x better than the iPod Touch, and the phone is smaller. The other excuse I’ve heard is “The speaker was designed for game play.” Wait, what? That’s not a valid excuse, because the IPOD is a MUSIC device. And that aside, what if I wanted my friends to hear the game play? For example, like 2 player Tap Tap Revolution 3 is unplayable, unless you are in a quiet room.

2) Price: Let’s face it, this thing is too expensive, as are EVERY SINGLE ONE OF APPLE’S PRODUCTS. Sure, they are “Designed in California”, but they are MADE IN CHINA, just like everything else.

3) Microphone: WHY IS THERE NOT A MICROPHONE ON THIS THING? “It doesn’t need one” is the response I always get. I mean, just, why not have one? They are cheap, and the iPhone has one. Why have the “Voice Memo” option when I have to plug in the headphones to use it? Often I am not using the headphones: I am using the iPod for wifi, or using it in the car, and I would like to record a voice memo. I would also like to use it for recording scratch guitar riffs and song ideas. And WHY should I have to plug in the headphones f
